I used to make something like this for years. I preferred my eggs over medium so they weren’t very tidy.
That's how I like mine too. It turned into more of an open-faced McMuffin, eaten with a fork and knife *pinky up* lol

Meal: hangover 😂 I would be able to try it even without hangover
Where’s the hash brown. TBH the sandwich is the consolation prize. McDonald’s hash brown for the win. I always buy an extra one.
Both are excellent but McDonald's hashbrowns are god-tier
