It's not all underestimate...a lot of ppl live paycheck to paycheck. So regardless a lot of ppl have to work and the businesses have to stay open to meet demands and to not shut doors permanently. In a perfect world we could all stay home for a few weeks to let it all pass but its not that kind of world. So we try to be as safe as we can.

I know, but without health there is no work, and without work there is no economy. it's a mad situation.
