Yes, I would. Why the hell not? 😊 Having said that, what's wrong with having a normal tiramisù AND a beer? Or, even better, a second beer instead of the tiramisù? Going to the fridge now... 😁
my nonna used to make tiramisù with Vin Santo and even though I usually drink 7 or 8 espressos a day I don't actually like the taste of coffee (I know, I'm weird) so hey, birramisù is perfect for me
Why not, I did it and was very very good. It is important to use good beer, i used dark and amber beers, and the tiramisu tasted of the same flavours of the beer, from chocolate to caramel, much deeper and flavourful than the classic tiramisu. The beer can be boiled before to quickly get rid off the alcohol. The same can be done using limoncello, www.italyabroad.com/recipes/tiramisu-al-limoncello, perfect for a summery take on a classic dessert.

I drink a lot of coffee but I don't actually like the taste (weird) so I like birramisù a lot better than I do "regular" tiramisù
I'd have a nibble from it. But only a nibble. Overindulgence would kill me😋🤪
