Sure! Cook up butter and garlic. Then add your fresh spinach and let wilt down followed by cream cheese and heavy cream. Obviously season as you like it. 👍🏻
Thank you....you think cottage cheese will work nicely as well? I'll forgo the cream tho. I love high fat but not a lover of cream to much. May add a bit of grated parmesan? Hehe looks great
