  • Sounds great 👍 I would add a bit of lemon zest and probably a squeeze or two to offset sweetness of cross bun. By the way, you mentioned lean mince. I usually use top of leg, where fat is. This makes burgers very juicy. According to great Delia Smith, burgers should have at least 20% fat content. Anyway, thank you for the great idea. I will definitely try it, but skip mayonnaise.
