It’s very much like cough syrup mixture with a strong fruity flavour but I don’t like it at all.
That drink shames Scotland. I am a Scot by the way. Causes a lot of anti social behaviour.

I have heard it is vile, albeit very very effective.
I've not actually tried it but i've seen it poured and it's so thick, it honestly looks like some sort of medicine!
