  • I particularly enjoyed this article because I've actually lived it out and continue to. I've been on a regime of Keto/Intermittent Fasting since March of 2021 and have experienced, first hand, the effects of both, I'm a big proponent of both of these! Not only did I lose over 65 lbs but my energy levels have increased as well, even my taste buds have changed somewhat.

  • My wife and I have been doing this for about 2 months now. We usually fast between 18 to 20 hours a day. I've dropped 20 pounds and feel so much better. It's effected my health in a few different ways. My blood pressure is improving and most unexpectedly my good allergies to leafy greens vegetables and avocado have corrected themselves. I'd say we will probably eat this way from now on.
