I don’t know if it’s a global trend but my personal favourite is a simple rustic pasta sauce. Well cooked with fresh, quality ingredients. A trip to the Almalfi Coast made me realise that less is most certainly more.

Hmmm... So many of them... I liked very exotic and very useful, healthy vegan food... Something as magic. Now I like Kanihua seeds :)
