Yuzu is delicious. I bought a yuzu marmalade to garnish my homemade Gin and Tonic.
Marmelade? How? Please explain - I am intrigued:)
I do a 1:3 gin-tonic ratio (1 cup) and add a few yuzu peel strips with 1/4 table spoon of the marmalade. I like it 😄.
Sounds great sure Bill Murray would approve of a bin and tonic
