  • I was surprised as too how much I enjoyed German food while I was there. One of my most memorable trips.

I live in dubai and we have a huge Filipino population with a lot of restaurants but I haven’t been adventurous enough to try it out yet.

    • I loved it too, Shivuam. Definitely must go back. I missed out on a guy's trip to Oktoberfest one or two years ago, I regret it to this day, especially now that it won't happen until 2021 at the very earliest! Let me know what you think once you do...

  • Filipino Food is definitely underated! Biased as I'm of filipino heritage, but definitely worth a visit to the see the most amazing landscapes and taste amazing food! You've got to try Adobo and Sinigang too!

  • I haven't been to any of these countries, but considering bratwurst, apple strudel, schnitzel and schnapps, I feel like Germany would be quite exciting.

As it is, I'm more likely to go to a German pub than an Italian restaurant.

    • Germany was fantastic. The general atmosphere in bars was inexplicable. Fantastic beer, (some) unrestricted motorway speed limits and amazing food, not much else to ask for.

  • I liked the food in the southern region of Germany (Bavaria and neighbors). There are really good cakes, chocolates, desserts. In the picture, Baumkuchen and Eiskaffe.
