I made one the other day which was great but I've got three in the freezer I've made using a 'biga'.
I'm hoping when cooked they will look like yours.

Wow, that looks good. Does sourdough crust bake any differently from typical yeasted dough crust?
Itβs more so the flavour of the crust! You can still get that rise with yeast with a high hydration ie 70%
