although I can go a few months between tank changes, yes, a man with the right regulator or the right know-how could make that happen
I manually converted my grill via a diy youtube channel and I love not having to refill tanks anymore. If I expand the network though I think I better buy something a little more professional so I don't blow off the side of the house.
