Have you tried coconut milk in your ice cream? My son can’t have dairy so I’ve made & bought Vegan ice cream for him. Typically dairy ice cream makes me sick too so I prefer Vegan ice cream too. I’ve tried so many different kinds. Personally I’ve found the coconut milk ice cream to be the best. Rich & creamy & not too sweet.
I put coconut cream in the refrigerator (not in the freezer), after 5-7 hours I take it out and add the cacao, cane sugar, vanilla, nuts and mix. It turns out airy and not icy, delicious ice cream
This recipe is wonderful,Svetlana,I love Coconut milk and Almond milk plus Oat milk is delicious,I also love Cashew milk,it’s creamy and sweet,I would recommend.😋😊XX

Us too, the kids either drink hemp milk or rice milk. May give that a try
