I can agree with that Hawaii one. Usually in most cases, turkey with gravy tends to be a more festive rarity especially around November and December.
True it has turkey plates here but it's just not the same unless it's cut from the bird itself when it comes out of the oven. Pretty sure some might have done huli style cooking with turkey as well
