Looks delicious, Doug. That was one of the few things I liked about spending time in MO: reasonably priced beef. It costs about half again to twice as much where I live now so I eat a lot of chicken.
Looks so good. What’s funny is I was thinking the same thing this morning that I haven’t had a steak in a while. I always go for a ribeye, ny strip is my second choice.

Thank you. That is funny. Ribeye is by far my favorite. I have not had a NY strip in a long time, may have to change that. 😁
