I think I've had the maple and bacon, and it was really good. The pear and gorgonzola also looks delicious, but I'm disappointed that you left out garlic flavored ice cream. I've only ever seen it at the Gilroy, CA Garlic Festival, but I'm told it's...better than it sounds. I'll happily take everyone else's word for it.
