I haven't done stuffed zucchini yet but it looks soo delicious. Last time when I had zucchini I did some vegetable pancakes maybe I will post it soon if I find it 😀

you did a zuccinni 🍕 😋. I used to do the zucchini boats from the clean and delicious blog (cleananddelicious.com/turkey-stuffed-zucchini-boats-video/). Also, vegetarian ones with celery, carrots, onions, peppers, and black olives.

I have a friend that cuts his garden zucchini in to thick slices and uses them as a crust substitute for miniature pizzas. Super yummy 👍
