I will have to keep it in mind if we head back to Europe for one of my husband’s jobs. I like cooking well enough, but we definitely don’t have freeze dried veggies easily available in the states. You are right, drying them out takes too much time, work, and energy cost for most people.

I'm surprised to here that. Here in Germany you can literally find them in every larger supermarket.
I had never thought about making my own veg stock powder. I'll definitely give this a go. Thanks Tiana!
