I love me some bubbly, but I get fussy about my Prosecco. The really interesting, old school style of Prosecco called Col Fondo is always welcome in my glass. Most modern Prosecco fans have a hard time with it’s yeasty funkiness. Certainly worth the experience if you ever find one.
