  • I take B12 and flaxseed oil supplements, but that's because I don't get much of those nutrients in my veggie food, not to become something I'll never be! Another good, educational post, thank you!

    • I used to take vitamin D drops, because I was deficient, but then switched doctors, the new one looked at my results and told me to include some milk in my daily diet. I did, I've stopped the drops and my results have been perfect ever since.

  • Interesting article! I don't know if you are aware of that, but there was a massive scandal, followed by investigation by authorities. They tested a number of those things and found that some components are not fit for human consumption! Celebrities and elite sports people who promote thi piles of crap have a lot to answer for!
