Well that’s your opinion just like I have my own opinions, feel free to eat whatever you want but trying to point out there’s more protein in meat to someone who isn’t eat ever going to eat meat is kind of a redundant argument so not really sure what point you’re trying to prove. I’m merely trying to point out there’s also alternative products available to people who don’t eat meat or want to eat less meat but still have a decent amount of protein regardless. You do realize that animals still die as a byproduct of industrial farming, right? I’m not knocking your beliefs, morals, choices, lifestyle, etc by the way. I’m only pointing out that what you implied wasn’t exactly factual

Ridiculously high in protein, my foot! Canned tripe is 90 calories with 20g of protein, as where is is 176 and 24 respectively
