Food looks and sounds great! I've had Chacha. It's quite fiery, but nice, Unfortunately, like most lesser known things, it's hard to come by. At least, in Australia. As to wines, I found them a bit hit-and-miss. Sounds like super place, nonetheless.
it seems just about every country I go to has its own version of what back home we call 'grappa': strong, distilled spirit, usually made from plum or pomace but, because of the way it's produced, can technically be made from anything.

Very interesting, thank you.
the cocktail was great and the food was pretty good, too. Have you ever tried Georgian food?
No I haven't but it's definitely on the list now, thanks to you for this post 👍

Yep, that's right. My favorite are French Marc, particularly Marc de Bourgogne and Marc de Alsace.
No I have not but after this I definitely would like to
I'll definitely try to recreate both cocktails at home
You definitely have to let us know if it turns out the same.
Loved this. I want to go to Georgia.
I first thought about going to Batumi in 2011. But I still needed a visa back then so I didn’t bother
