  • Food looks and sounds great! I've had Chacha. It's quite fiery, but nice, Unfortunately, like most lesser known things, it's hard to come by. At least, in Australia. As to wines, I found them a bit hit-and-miss. Sounds like super place, nonetheless.

    • it seems just about every country I go to has its own version of what back home we call 'grappa': strong, distilled spirit, usually made from plum or pomace but, because of the way it's produced, can technically be made from anything.

    • Yep, that's right. My favorite are French Marc, particularly Marc de Bourgogne and Marc de Alsace.
