This looks good. I do this version of “fried” chicken as well but in the oven, but never tried it on the grill. I’ll have to try this. I sometimes like to add Parmesan cheese and some spices to amp up the flavor a bit.
Doing it on the grill was great because it meant less dishes!!!

Definitely looks good! I like sweet potato fries with spicy ketchup.
I do them with honey mustard. Pretty much the only time I eat honey mustard!
