Looks like a good meal. Although I am not sure about cauliflower mash 🤔
My wife will eat a boiled head of cauliflower topped with a melted butter/bread/brown sugar mix topping and be in heaven. I'm not a fan. I think cauliflower is quite bland.
But, boil it, then puree it with sauteed garlic in butter,...
I don't think I would try how your wife eats it. I would try it the way you have it.
I would try your cauliflower mash....sounds good!
