  • I'd still recommend Merziger Viez (the dry one, not the sweet) and/or Frau Rauscher by Possmann. Depending on where in Germany you live they might be a bit hard to come by but they're definitely worth trying.

  • I'm enjoying your cider posts 👍. You need a holiday in South West England because it is full of local independent cider farms. A mainstream cider I like is Henry Weston's vintage cider, have you come across it? It's about 8%. Look out for it if you haven't, I'd love to know your thoughts.

      Sadly, I have not come across that Cider as of yet. But I agree, a Holiday in South West England would be nice. Maybe next Year.
