Try putting baking soda onto the melted plastic, pour vinegar over it. It will bubble up. Let it sit for a few seconds, then scrape it off.

I put the plastic wrapper of cheese on top of the hot induction plate. The plastic melted and now it's stuck on top of the induction plate.
😰 Ok, I'm not sure, but maybe when it cools you can detach it...
