Everything looks super. Steak tartare is my favourite. Now Melbourne is out of Stage 4 lockdown, my wife and I with couple of friends are going to our favourite steak restaurant "Steak Bank". We will all be having steak tartare for entree and I will be having mix grill consisting of beef, lamb, home made sausage, liver, kidney. I also add poached eggs. No chips! I can strongly recommend this restaurant. Steak tartare is not on their menu, but when you book just say that Albert recommended, John ( the owner) will know what you talking about. By the way, if anyone from Regensberg is reading this of if anyone is now or will be there, Kreutzer's Restaurant is a must. Their steaks are superb, but their salmon is also great, but tell to waiter you want it rare.

I think I'd like to try the spaghetti as I'm a big calamari fan.
What was that first Thai fish dish you shared? That'd have to be my pick.
Hi, John. It was Pla nung Khing. Steamed bekti with ginger, spring onions and soya. Bekti is barramundi...
and sorry for the delay replying this. We’re in total lockdown as of today and the b$#*dy net was down!
It still is, actually.
