3 boozy ice lolly recipes for the ultimate grown-up treat

On a hot day (OK, who are we kidding, we eat ice lollies in the freezing depths of winter), what's better than tucking into a refreshing ice lolly? Well... how about tucking into a refreshing BOOZY ice lolly?
Oh yes, you can officially take your summer snacking to an entirely higher plane with these Finders Spirits ice lollies.
These are the ultimate treat for grown-ups, whether you prefer Orange and Raisin Rum, Fruits of the Forest Gin, or Sherbet Lemon Vodka.
Finders Fruits of the Forest gin ice lollies
Fruity, creamy and just a little bit boozy
Ingredients
- 1 litre double cream
- 250ml Greek yoghurt
- 250g mixed 'fruits of the forest' berries (frozen)
- 200g icing sugar
- 6 tbsp Finders Fruits of the Forest gin
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a food mixer and whizz to blend. Taste for sweetness and alcohol content; add more if desired.
- Pour into iced lolly moulds, leaving a little space at the top. Freeze overnight.
- To serve, dip each mould quickly into a bowl of hot water until the lollies can be removed easily.

Finders Sherbet Lemon Vodka ice lollies
Make your teeth fizz with these delicious, zingy ice lollies
Ingredients
- 100ml Finders Sherbet Lemon vodka
- 600ml Original tonic (or mixer of choice)
- Juice of one lemon or lime (to taste)
- Lemon slices, to decorate (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing jug, add all the liquid ingredients. Give it a good mix.
- Pour into each of the lolly moulds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Add a slice of lemon into the lolly mould (or garnish of your choice).
- Freeze overnight.
- To serve, dip each mould quickly into a bowl of hot water until the lollies can be removed easily.

Makes up to 10 lollies.

Finders Orange and Raisin rum ice lollies
Rum and coke, but better – and frozen
Ingredients
- 100ml Finders Orange and Raisin rum
- 600ml cola (or your mixer of choice. Try pineapple juice for a Piña Colada style)
- Slice of fresh orange, to decorate
Instructions
- In a large mixing jug, add all the ingredients and mix.
- Pour into each of the lolly moulds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Add a slice of orange into the lolly mould (or use your garnish of choice).
- Freeze overnight.
- To serve, dip each mould quickly into a bowl of hot water until the lollies can be removed easily.

Lovely to see a gin option up there. As Finders is apparently HTF or ITF over here, I might need to sub in some Gordon's Pink. Lemon vodka should be noooooooooooo problem to find here. lol
