5 best italians spreadable creams
What's beyond Nutella? Here are five divine spreadable creams
This is a serious topic: the spreadable cream is comfort food, you can buy it when there is something to drown, when you are in the grip of some existential crisis, or when you feel alone.
No matter where you live, you certainly know Nutella: the sublime hazelnut cream from Ferrero.
Nutella is not the only cream to eat with a spoon, on the sly, in pyjamas on the sofa. In Italy, we produce other delicious ones. Let's see some!
Rossana cream
1. Rossana
Very fluid, very sweet, very fragrant: Rossana comes out of the candies and enters a jar. This cream is, in fact, the same filling as the famous candies, but without the crunchy shell. Honestly, it's delicious.
Pernigotti creams
2. Pernigotti
Hazelnuts, two flavours, gianduia, with chopped hazelnuts or dark chocolate? It doesn't matter; they are always all excellent.
Novi cream
3. Novi
Novi cream is carefully selected hazelnuts without adding fats other than those contained in hazelnuts and cocoa. Delicious and healthy.
Venchi creams
4. Venchi
Three Venchi creams: one with Piedmont IGP hazelnuts; one based on chocolate with maltitol, milk and hazelnuts from Piedmont IGP with no added sugar; and the last one with Cuban rum. All sublime!
Rigoni creams
5. Rigoni
Rigoni di Asiago has always made an excellent hazelnut cream, now it also exists in a vegan version. Same taste, milk-free formulation.
If you happen to find one of these creams in the supermarket, don't miss them. And if you come to Italy taste them all, it's worth it!
