Usually, I love it to cook Food myself and to bring my own creativity into what I eat. Today though, I really was not in the mood for cooking at all.
And so I decided to go out and have some nice Italian Food.
Carbonara!
After browsing the Menu for a while, I ended up being glued to the Pasta Page.
The Restaurant I ate at did not actually force you into any Dishes there. They gave you the choice between many sorts of Pasta and several Sauces.
In the End, I ended up with a beautiful Carbonara. Only that I switched out the typical Spaghetti for some much nicer Tagliatelle. I just prefer those.
So nice!
I actually have to say that the Sauce was the best Carbonara I ever had in my Life.
It was creamy and meaty and just overall delicious. There was also a boatload of Parmigiano Reggiano sprinkled on Top. It was awesome!
Almost done!
In the End, I was very much happy with my Choice. And I am definitely glad that I did not have to cook anything myself today.
I will do that again, probably tomorrow.
