A burger for the gravy lovers out there
Tabitha Frazer this is for you.
I was chatting with Tabitha, and she suggested I make a burger with gravy. A couple of days later, she posted her burger with gravy. You know I can't ignore a burger challenge.
I made a basic burger with some sautéed sweet peppers and onions on a wheat bun. I added Swiss cheese and of course some cayenne. After frying the burger, it was time to make some gravy.
In the iron skillet you fried the burger in, add flour and heavy cream and stir till properly thick. Let's talk gravy... Gravy should be thick and hardy and not thin and runny. You have made gravy properly when you have to shake it off the spoon.
Building the burger, I put a layer of gravy on the top and bottom bun, with a bowl of gravy on the side. This burger is very tasty. The gravy adds a richness that complements the burger very well. If you love gravy and you love burgers, this is for you.

Haha,What I know, whatever I prepare to eat he will probably eat that. The same was with cauliflower for example so I'm sure he would eat that burger too.
I've seen so many burgers here that I am craving one! I am not gravy fan but I would try it out with a burger.

Looks good. I love gravy but not sure if I can handle it on my burger.... but I’m weird, I don’t like gravy on my biscuits. I just don’t like it mingling with certain things lol.
