A full day of vegan eats!
Another 'What I eat in a day' as a vegan :)
Breakfast was cereal, nothing special!
For lunch, I had spicy red kidney beans served with rice and peas, spring onions, avocado and coriander!
My afternoon snack was an energy ball!
And for dinner I had a simple pasta with loads of garlic, cherry tomatoes, olives, and spinach!
