The Guinness book of World Records probably contains a world record for anything you could ever imagine – yes, that does include the world's longest cat and the most piercings in one nipple. Perhaps something you hadn't considered though, is a world record for... stacking M&Ms.
Five M&Ms, perfectly stacked
The man responsible for this world record is Will Cutbill, who was able to stack five of the small chocolate confectionery items without them falling over. This resulted in a new world record –and he looks very chuffed.
According to CNN, Cutbill, who is a civil engineer, had been stacking M&Ms for several hours before he even came close to getting five of them. "They're not as flat as you think, quite spherical so it's a bit like balancing footballs or soccer balls," he told CNN. "I was pretty ecstatic when I got the fifth. I can't lie. I was running around the room, arms in the air."
If you think you can stack more than five M&Ms on top of each other without them toppling over, you should get in touch with the Guinness World Records ASAP. You could be onto something big...
