I seasoned up some chicken thighs, put them on some skewers and then placed them out on the grill along with a couple of jalapenos that needed used. I had a couple leeks left from a previous recipe so I cut them up and cooked them in some olive oil with a bit of seasoning. I made a seasoned sour cream with cucumbers and onions as a sauce to go along with the chicken and flatbread. Everything went together very well. Tear a piece of flatbread, grab a piece of chicken, put a dollop of the sour cream sauce and then chase this with a bite of jalapeno. Excellent!
