A rissole, I cooked three ate two.Then remembered that I had better take a pic of the 3rd. As I understand rissoles were invented by the French to make a yummy dish using leftovers. This one contains some chopped shrimp creamed corn and peas. Also ,Panko bread crumbs and an egg to bind,S&P,tumeric and Piment d'Espelette. Then rolled in Panko and deep-fried.
