A simple home-made AeroPress Cappuccino Recipe
A 5-minute recipe to make a good cappuccino using your trusty AeroPress.
In my last visit to Starbucks, I bought a bag of Medium roasted coffee beans, the "Indian estates blend". It gives a dark chocolaty flavor and a thin layer of crema after brewing it in the AeroPress.
On adding some warm shaken milk, it created a good-looking cup and most importantly a delicious one.
Note: I have often experienced that using hot milk won't make a great-tasting cup. The tasting notes can be most easily felt using warm milk.
A homemade cappuccino using AeroPress and some simple ingredients.

Instructions
Brewing the concentrate

- Add boiling water into the chamber.
- Agitate the mixture for 10 seconds.
- Leave the mixture for 90 seconds.
- Wet the filter in the cap, with some water and screw it in place.
- Invert the whole thing after carefully holding the plunger, shaft, and cup.
- Give a quick swirl, holding it carefully
- Wait for 10 seconds.
- Gradually push the plunger with just the force of your arm.
