Adam's Tikka Curry

When the kitchen is finally clear of all of Suzie's things I am able to get into the kitchen and create something off the cuff. This has to be one of my favourite curries to make, granted not really authentic but just dam tasty! I put a mixture of spices, garam masala, pinch of paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, coconut milk and chilli powder for the base of the sauce but I also add in 1 apple diced and a 1/4 of a cup of sun blush raisins.

Serve with Bombay potatoes, Pilaf rice and a soya yoghurt Raita dip.
