After Christmas S'more
Some more please (S'more)
What is a s'more? it's a campfire treat made popular in the United States by both Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts. Consisting of a marshmallow and a layer of chocolate placed between two pieces of graham crackers. It was originally called the graham cracker sandwich, this was a stable around the camp fire. Everyone loved them and would request some more (S'more) the rest is history.
S'mores are traditionally cooked using a campfire, a marshmallow held by a metal or wooden skewer is heated over the fire until it is golden brown. I like my marshmallow gooey but not burnt, my daughter likes hers charred. The roasted marshmallow is then sandwiched between two halves of a graham cracker and a piece of chocolate between the graham crackers.
