Aldi's Dr Pepper baked beans are a thing in the US

Calling all Americans: Have you tried these?

Aldi is always a source of interesting things. From the mysterious items found in the middle aisle (deep sea diving suit anyone?), to the best knock-off goods, to a really good wine selection, honestly, there's something for everyone.

In the US however, Aldi appears to have EVEN more exciting products than we get in the UK or Europe.

Oh yes, we have stumbled upon... Dr Pepper Baked Beans by Serious Bean co. We aren't too sure what to make of this, but it's not likely James May would be a fan.

Apparently shoppers buying these in the US swear they have the best flavour of any baked beans. We get that Dr. Pepper and baked beans separately are both delicious things, but together in one tin... is that a step too far?

Has anyone tried these or can anyone get hold of them? We want to know what they're like!

Comment if you'd like to see James May try these!
