If you have never had wagyu then you at least need to add it to your food bucket list. The American wagyu can't touch the Japanese wagyu but I definitely can't complain, they are both really tasty. The fat marbling compared to a regular ribeye steak is amazing. This is just more flavor in your bite. Just a little sea salt is all you need. I made a quick video for a bit of food porn.
