Another meal from Shelf Love by Yotam Ottelonghi confit chick peas, I added prawns and rice and the recommended lime mint and coriander yogurt, the recipe was way to follow and it looked like the photo which is from the cookbook the flavours were spot on as was the spicy heat. I left the red chilli 🌶 as it was very hot. The oils from the chilli leaked through and gave the dish the flavour with a slight kick.
