Antoni from Queer Eye launches new mini cooking show

It's called Show Me What You’re Working With

1y ago

If you’re a fan of the Fab Five *and* you’re a foodie, you might want to check out the new mini series featuring Antoni Porowski.

The Queer Eye star is releasing a new limited series with Netflix called Show Me What You’re Working With. It will be available on Netflix’s social accounts.

The premise of the online show is that viewers will show Antoni the ingredients they already have at home. The TV celeb and food expert will then help them to create a delicious dish using only those ingredients. He’ll give them a step-by-step guide.

Or, as Antoni puts it, "I prepare a dish from your video submissions with ingredients you dunno what the hell to do with."

The first episode features a couple who wanted to know how to use eggs, sausage and chicken in a more imaginative way. Antoni, ever the creative, helps them make a tasty-looking shakshuka. Antoni takes a bite of the completed dish and says, "That's a damn good dinner, or breakfast, or lunch, because what does it matter these days?"

You can already watch the ep on Netflix’s YouTube channel. The episode comes in at around 12 minutes, so it’s the perfect bite-sized binge watch (sorry not sorry).

What ingredients are *you* working with right now? 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

  • That's a great idea! That's how I do most of my cooking LOL

I open my fridge, freezer, and cupboards to stand there and think "what the hell am I going to do with all of this? "

I've thrown together some amazing things that I should have written the recipes down for. I have also prepared some awesomely bad things that animals would probably walk away from. Hahahaha
