Prepared cake this week for my family. Homemade shortcrust pastry. I had combine with ingredients, but It wasn't so hard coz' found some apple and raisins and fixed apple - raisins mousse as a filling and of course proper layer of meringue on the top. Thank you, personally I didin't eat that coz' of my hate to raisins and meringue but I know it was balanced sweet and tasty as my family said 😉
