Foodtribe I have to say you must try this. Yes Valentina i cooked this myself. Val said it was so easy I could do it and she was right.

I started by looking up her post for Pastina in Brodo .I followed what she posted almost perfectly. When i say almost the only difference was I added some garlic. Although I must say I have no idea how much a lick of salt is. Would like to know.

While this was cooking the house smelled so nice. it took about an hour and a half. I used orzo pasta I hope that Is ok Valentina. I then topped it with some Parmigiano Reggiano. I understand why this is a comfort food for her. At first I thought it was not going to be very filling but before I made it to the bottom I was very full and smiling. I want to thank Valentina for inspiring me to make this. Now I want to inspire you all to go try this.
