This is my second-year planting avocado from seeds, and it always fascinates me to watch them grow!

  • That is a healthy looking little tree. My avocado trees never seen to last more than a couple years, but then again, New England isn't the best habitat for them. ☺ I like experimenting with plants, too - it's fun! I grew these guys from medjool date seeds in 2019. I know, date palms don't like snow, either, but I'm hoping to figure out how to keep them small!

  • Great video! I’ve done this once a few years ago. My plant grew so much that I had to let it go - donated to the my parents’ gated community green area. Not sure if they planted it, but, if they did, it is likely a small tree by now. I hope they did. 🥰

    Right now I have a sweet potato growing in my aquarium for the exact same reason... love watching it grow!
