Baked chicken and roasted veggies
Chicken pieces coated in my creole and baked until skin is nice and crispy!
I coated some chicken pieces in my creole and a bag of frozen veggies along with a few fresh veggies sprinkled in a Texas bold grill seasoning. These were each put in their own cast iron pan and baked until the chicken had some nice crispy skin and the veggies had some browned areas. About 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes. This turned out really nice and tasty!
