Basil is known for its strong antioxidant properties. Method of preparation: In boiling water
One table spoon of basil tea, pour with 2 dcl of boiling water (1 large cup), cover and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Drink like unsweetened tea 3 times a day before meals.
In the beginning taste is very strong and some people wouldn't like it, but the tea is a proven natural medicine.
