The other day I made a batch of pasta sauce with pork, beef and other stuff. Once done I put portions into individual food bags, squash them flat and freeze them. Handy when i can't be bothered to cook or don't have the time, but especially now during this corona nonsense. Just squeeze them into a pan and heat back up whilst my pasta cooks. The bonus is after freezing the flavours intensify and are actually nicer than when it was freshly cooked. Does anyone else do this sort of thing or with other types of food? Would be really handy to know. Stay safe tribers!
