B​avette steak

It's National Butchers Week... otherwise known as a great excuse to go out and buy a steak.
Bavette/flank, scored across the muscle grain then marinated for 6 hours with a sliced clove of garlic and in a tbsp each of white wine, white wine vinegar and lemon juice.
3 mins 30 a side and 6 minutes resting = medium rare and cuttable with a butter knife! 🥩
